In fact a diet means eat food with certain types of in the quantities required by. Motivation ‎to do diet are variously.‎


Wanna be more slim, wanna be healthier, until on diet just because not to be laughed because of fat. But not ‎all the diet programs in accordance with expectations. There is however no sparse diet successfully is ‎precisely made sick. That’s why we must choose the best way to diet The following are some tips how to diet easily:‎ ‎


  1. Eat More Fruits and Vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are food which containing ‎fibers and containing a little fat. This type of food is recommended for those who are dieting. If you ‎usually eat meat, vegetable or fruit is replaced with. don't forget to reduce the carbohydrate portion ‎being half than usual. Don’t try to eat ice cream or chocolate. This way can break your diet program.‎ ‎
  2. Drink a lot of water. In order for our body's metabolism, ideally we drink 2 liters of ‎water a day. If our bodies metabolism is not smooth, it will make us a thirst that tastes almost the ‎same as hungry and as a result we will be eating foods that contain high carbohydrates. in fact we are ‎just thirsty. Because of that, we should drink the water before we eat that food.‎ 
  3. A lot of sports. Without doing any diet, exercise should be done every day. By ‎exercising, a lot of calories burned in the body. Many people assume exercising is heavy. Whereas ‎exercising can be done only by walking, jogging, etc.‎ ‎
  4. Drinking green tea . If you often drink tea, try replace with green tea. Green tea ‎contains antioxidant substances which indirectly can burn calorie. Green tea is also able to improve ‎the metabolism of fatty acids into trigliselida. Now also sold in packaging practical green tea so it can ‎drink wherever and at any time.‎ 
I think those ways above are good for you to start diet and to lose weight easily with all controls are by ‎yourself. You can also to consume safe and healthy juice to replace eating fruits and vegetables.
